Your proposal defines the project
Sending a WhatsApp brief starts a discussion. It does not create a purchase, reserve a delivery date or automatically confirm a price. We agree the scope, schedule, payment terms, revision rounds and approval stages in writing before work begins.
The proposal distinguishes artwork preparation, custom design, rigging, exported files, source files and website implementation. Additional states, variants, voice and lip sync require an agreed scope.
Artwork and usage rights
Share only artwork you are authorized to provide for the project. Ownership, licensing, exclusivity and access to editable files are established in the project agreement. A runtime export is different from an editable source project.
Enquiries and delivery
The site opens a prepared WhatsApp message; you must press Send in WhatsApp. Send your mascot as an attachment directly in the WhatsApp chat. No payments are collected through this website.
Keep your approved proposal and project correspondence as the record of the work agreed. Contact us before production if any scope, deadline or file requirement is unclear.
